ADMATEC - Ceramic 3D Printer for Dental

The Admaflex 130 and 300 are specifically designed for the production of functional ceramic components.

Ceramics are regarded as a superior material, although hard to shape. Ceramic 3D printing allows shaping complex structures and catalyzes the design of improved components that would not be possible through traditional techniques such as CIM.

In the dental industry, ceramics allow freedom in design and eliminate unnecessary waste in a speedy manufacturing process.

The Admaflex ceramic 3D printer delivers accurate, fine featured, fully dense parts for high tech applications.

The Admaflex produces ceramic parts with a precision of +/-0.3% of the final dimensions.

Alumina Toughened Zirconia (ATZ)

Combinations of alumina and zirconia present synergies that improve the original pure-component mechanical and chemical properties. Alumina toughened zirconia (zirconia with alumina as dopant) is mostly employed in dental industry as the final material has improved flexural strength and better thermal conductivity properties.

We develop ATZ feedstocks that are perfectly adapted to the Admaflex technology in order to obtain high-tech components with the added value of form freedom of using additive manufacturing.

AON Printers

AON manufactures and supplies bio-ceramic 3D printers and the materials to customers over global markets who want to transform their current carving, milling, molding production process into 3D-printing production process. The 3D printer is easy to use, and competitive from performance and price perspective. The materials are tested and proved bio-compatible, safe and reliable.

ZIPRO-D Dental
The ZIPRO Dental uses DLP 3D printing technology to 3D print zirconia. This bio-ceramic 3D printer offers a build volume of 76.8 x 43.2 x 65 mm.

The ZIPRO-D Dental 3D printer is equipped with a Full HD (1920 x 1080p) light projector that precisely controls UV light intensity to print crispy clean layers as thin as 40 micrometers.

Its automatic leveling system ensures each layer is uniform before the light is projected onto the slurry. We must also acknowledge one of the ZIPRO’s most interesting elements: its easy print removal solution. The build plate is punched with a range of small holes in which, after the printing process is complete, a jig can be inserted to easily pop the parts off the plate.
