OUR STORY

Lynxter is founded by 3 FRIENDS in France in 2016

Thomas Batigne – President – Strategic Marketing & R&D,

Karim Sinno – General Manager – Business Development and HR,

Julien Duhalde – General Manager – Technical and design department and industrialization.

They released the first modular Lynxter machine in 2018 and have been going from strength to strength ever since.

Then there was COVID 19 to contend with....Lynxter was asked to produce 25000 face shields for the healthcare sector to support the fight against COVID 19.

In 2023 they launched the first Lynxter 3D Silicone Printer, the S300X, equipped with IDEX technology. The S300X is capable of printing materials such as silicone and PU with support, enabling complex shapes to be produced.

IDEX SILICONE 3D PRINTER

Lynxter introduces the S300X, an industrial silicone 3D printer that redefines the realm of possibilities.

Explore a compact machine, unparalleled reliability, and unprecedented robustness while benefiting from integrated support printing technology for unlimited design potential in medical and industrial silicones as well as polyurethanes.

INDEPENDENT DUAL EXTRUSION

ENHANCE YOUR DESIGNS WITH IDEX SILICONE PRINTING

The S300X silicone 3D printer is equipped with two toolheads

configured in Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX): the LIQ21

two-component for creating the main part and the LIQ11

single-component for water-soluble support structures.

Unlimited design freedom thanks to soluble support

Multi-material printing without cross-contamination

Customizable extrusion : single or double

THE FUTURE OF INDUSTRY

SEALS, MASKING, MAINTENANCE

The S300X silicone 3D printer is designed to meet the needs of the industry.

It’s used for the production of surface treatment masks and caps, custom

seal printing, emergency repairs, or soft robotics.

Production gains in efficiency, responsiveness, production lead

time, and innovation.

The S300X silicone 3D printer can print industrial-grade RTV2 silicone (45shA)

and polyurethane (ranging from 50 to 85 shA).

PETG-001

GLASS FIBER REINFORCED FILAMENT

PA-001

PA-001 filament for MEX type 3D printers (FFF/FDM) is a carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 6.
Combining strength and lightness, it is perfect to print parts for the automotive and aerospace industries. With its excellent thermal and mechanical properties, PA-001 allows you to print prototypes and small series of functional parts.

Available in black in 750 g and 2 kg.

Ideal material for various applications:

– Functional prototypes requiring high mechanical performance, and where weight reduction is essential, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries.
– Structural parts.
– Engine components, pumps, gears, car housings.

PETG-001 is a type of thermoplastic material that combines the properties of PETG (Glycol-Modified Polyethylene Terephthalate) with the strength of glass fibers.
Its chemical resistance and dimensional stability make it a versatile choice for various industries where these properties are essential.

Easy to use, long-lasting, and exhibiting strong dimensional integrity, it is recommended for printing tools suitable for continuous use up to 80°C.

It is available in white in 750g and 2kg. (Other colors on demand)

Waterproof and completely insulating, Lynxter PETG-001 filament is suitable for:

– Tooling
– Prototypes and models

Lynxter PLA-001 filament for MEX 3D printers is ideal for 3D printing of prototypes or simple tooling.

PLA-001 filament prints easily. It is odorless and has no VOC emissions.

This material prints at 200 °C. It is not recommended for outdoor applications or temperatures above 50 °C.

It is available in black, yellow and gray in 2 kg.

Suitable for the production of:

– Shape prototypes and feature testing.
– Architectural or test models.
– Educational conceptual models for

    medical visualization.
– Tooling and jigs for industry.
– Molds for metal or ceramic parts.

SUP-001

SILICONE SOLUBLE SUPPORT

SIL-001

Ready for immediate application, SIL-001 is a specialized two-component RTV2 silicone meticulously crafted for industrial applications. Comprising components A and B, it triggers a seamless crosslinking reaction once mixed.

This versatile grey-colored SIL-001 silicone pairs with the LIQ21 toolhead on the S300X.

Supports are employed in 3D printing when the 3D model being printed features critical angles, overhangs, or intricate geometries that may collapse during the deposition of the still-viscous silicone (thin walls, tall stems…).

Supports are temporary structures that provide a stable foundation for the critical parts of the object until curing takes place. Once the cross-linking process is complete, the supports can be removed, leaving the final part in silicone with clean and accurate details.
