With a 610 x 508 x 508mm build volume, the FUNMAT 610 PRO HT is our largest and most feature-packed 3D printer.

 

Its high-temperature thermal system includes a 300°C constant chamber temperature, a 300°C heated build plate, and a 500°C extruder with an all-metal hot end.

Using its dual nozzles, the FUNMAT PRO 610 HT is ideal for printing large high-performance functional materials using materials like PEEK, ULTEM (PEI), PPSU & more.

DESIGNED FOR PEEK 3D PRINTING

   

The FUNMAT HT is fully capable of 3D printing high-performance functional materials like PEEK, ULTEM and PPSU, in addition to a broad range of engineering thermoplastics.

 

Users can achieve 50-micron high resolution industrial quality 3D printing of the FUNMAT HT.

 

Advanced thermal system design of this 3D printer includes a 90°C constant temperature chamber, 160°C heated build plate, and 450°C high-temperature extruder with all-metal hotend. 

 

Build volume of the FUNMAT HT is 260 x 260 x 260 mm.

FUNMAT PRO 410

An all-in-one solution 

The FUNMAT PRO 410 is an industrial additive manufacturing 3D printer designed and manufactured by INTAMSYS.

For the very first time, the INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 410 features a dual extruder which operates in a large 305 x 305 x 406 mm build chamber (12 x 12 x 16 inch).

The 500°C Max. hotend temperature, 160°C Max. heatbed temperature and 90°C Max. chamber temperature, provides a no warping and cracking print of big size functional materials.

The FUNMAT PRO 410 is a Multiple Functional Materials 3D printer (PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, ULTEM, ABS, PC and much more).

 

A linear guide and a high performance oriental motor ensures high speed and high precision.

For an optimum comfort of use, nozzles can be cleaned automatically, a filament absence warning system is included, status is indicated by a LED system while an inside camera provides you with a live observation of the printing process.
