Admaflex 300

Designed to meet the demands of customers using the Admaflex

technology for investment casting applications.

Large Build Volume

The Admaflex 300 has an extremely stable machine concept for production, capable of handling feedstocks with a broad range of viscosities.

The printer comes with a standard build volume of 200x200x300 mm.

Patented Feedstock System

The Admaflex 300 has an integrated high-volume material handling system with automatic vision controlled dosing to enable 3D printing of large components.

Modular Concept

The Admaflex 300 is designed with a modular concept, to accommodate all future developments such as multi-material printing. You can also choose the resolution and building volume that meet your needs.

Open Platform

The Admaflex 300 is an open system that provides full control of the printing process. The software features the ability to customize parameters, enabling layer-to-layer control before and during the printing process. It opens up the opportunity to use different materials, and the flexibility to develop new ones. A standard software feature is the “multi-part printing”, that enables you to control light exposure settings for each part and layer.

In-process Monitoring System

The integrated in-process quality monitoring is an excellent feature for the full traceability of the printing process. These software and hardware components monitor temperature, humidity and foil usage. It also has a dual-camera system for real-time video capture, and time-lapse recording. This enables the user, for example, to partially stop printing a defected product to allow the successful finalization of the remaining parts.

Metal 3D printing made accessible with the

Admaflex 130

Start printing metal with Admaflex 130 and experience fine details, smooth surfaces and no residual stresses with DLP technology. Thanks to its open-platform system, this 3D printer makes metal and ceramic printing accessible for production, prototyping and R&D even on tight development budgets.
This 3D printer is based on a modular concept, that lets you select different resolutions and building volumes according to your needs.

Admaflex patented technology, characterized by the use of slurries, reduces health and safety issues associated with metal powders typically used by other technologies such as SLM.

The Admaflex 130 3D printer offers different types of metals including:

  • 316L

  • 17-4-PH

  • Inconel 625

  • Copper

The Admaflex 130 3D printer comes with its software that lets you manage print jobs locally on the machine or remotely on your computer.

It offers predefined settings for an optimized and intuitive workflow while allowing freedom to change and experiment.
